A full range of services, from project start to finish.
DESIGN
After an initial meeting to discuss your wants and needs, we will put together preliminary ideas, drawings, and pricing so you can understand site possibilities and budget ranges. Based on your feedback, a final plan and proposal will be presented for
your approval.
BUILD
A review of the design and/or scope of work is discussed with our in-house foremen and crew members. We will hand-select specimen trees, plants, pavers, and boulders, while maintaining contact and overseeing the project's installation.
MAINTAIN
Preservation of your existing, or brand new, garden is important! Our team is dedicated to keeping your garden happy and healthy. We offer a range of services all year round, including lawn care, plant care, and snow removal.

Larry Asimow is a seasoned landscape contractor with over two decades of experience constructing urban residential environments in Chicago. His firm—Larry Asimow Landscaping—works closely with clientele to design, install and maintain outdoor spaces that are unique to their environment. Utilizing his knowledge of horticulture and related outdoor materials, particularly natural stone, his firm advises clients on the most ideal items to incorporate into their landscape.
A Wyoming native, Asimow has a degree in Sociology and a Masters in Special Education. His diverse background includes time spent working with developmentally disabled adults and high school students. He also worked for three years as a forestry volunteer with the United States Peace Corps. Stationed in Mali, West Africa, he worked closely with individuals, educating and physically completing daily tasks required in the community.
Upon arriving in Chicago, he developed a passion for the outdoor nature of landscaping, working for a few other firms to gain hardscape experience before launching his own firm in 1994.
He is a member of the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association (ILCA) and has won Merit and Silver awards through ILCA for his residential landscape installations.
